1. Book early
31 December is the most requested night of the year. DJs and equipment are booked long in advance, so lock in the date as soon as you know the villa.
2. Plan the night
A typical New Year's Eve at a villa:
- Arrival and drinks with background music
- Dinner
- The countdown to midnight
- Champagne and the first dance of the year
- Party until late
3. Make midnight a moment
The countdown is the main moment of the night. Show it on a screen or TV, time the music to the second and start the party with the right track.
4. Sound and the neighbours
Villas often have rules about music volume and time. Check them with the owner in advance. We bring sound that fits the space and keep the volume within the rules.
5. Lighting
Party lighting for the dance area and soft lighting for the garden and the pool create the atmosphere and make photos look great.
6. Power and weather
December evenings can be cool and sometimes rainy. Plan a covered place for the DJ and the equipment, and check where the power sockets are. We will tell you what is needed when you send the details.
7. Karaoke for all ages
If the party brings together family and friends of different ages, karaoke gets everyone involved, from children to grandparents.
